Jessica Gutierrez

Jessica brings seven years of experience in property management and new-build apartment communities, along with more than 15 years of customer service experience. She has completed quality inspections for over 600 multi-family apartment homes throughout the Columbus area, coordinating closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure projects were completed to the highest standards prior to building turnover. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service, Jessica also enjoys helping bridge communication gaps by assisting with English, Spanish, and French translation whenever needed.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, bird watching, hosting cookouts, attending concerts, and cheering on the Columbus Crew. She values building meaningful connections both on and off the job and brings that same enthusiasm and positive attitude to the TRS team every day. Go Crew!
