As the CEO & President of Total Restoration Solutions, Mike provides leadership that guides the company’s strategic direction, culture, and continued growth. With a professional background in law and a competitive mindset shaped by his time as a college hockey player, he brings a balance of analytical thinking and team-driven execution to the organization. Mike is actively involved in overseeing all aspects of the business, from financial performance to client relationships, while helping foster a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and service.

Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man and boating enthusiast who enjoys making the most of every opportunity on the water with his wife and two sons. He’s also a fan of Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Radio, often bringing that same appreciation for energy, adventure, and balance into his everyday life.

Katrina brings decades of accounting experience and CPA credentials to the team. With a background across multiple industries and a passion for Excel, she ensures our financial operations stay accurate, organized, and strategically aligned. Originally from New York, Katrina now resides in Minnesota, though her favorite place to be is her family’s lake house in Virginia.

When she’s not working, Katrina enjoys spending time with family and making the most of any opportunity to unwind by the water at the lake house. She brings the same focus, precision, and steady approach to her personal life that she does to managing financial operations.

Scott leads the charge on project execution at Total Restoration Solutions, managing crews, logistics, and on-site operations with expert precision. Born on a military base and raised around the globe, he brings a worldly perspective and strong leadership to every project he oversees. Whether resolving field challenges or optimizing workflow, Scott ensures each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Off the clock, Scott is a Tom Clancy fan, a devoted football enthusiast, and enjoys the company of his “saber-toothed Chihuahua,” Sam. With a passion for team success and a newly discovered love for golf, he keeps both his competitive edge and sense of humor intact outside of work.

Brady’s journey with Total Restoration Solutions began through the Construction Management Co-Op Program with the University of Cincinnati, and he’s a true success story of what that program can produce. After excelling as a driven, hands-on intern across our Restoration and Diagnostic Divisions, he stepped into a full-time leadership role and now serves as our Director of Estimating / Large Project Estimator. With experience running his own deck-building business and currently renovating a home with his fiancée, Brady brings real-world construction knowledge, strong leadership, and practical insight to every project he supports. We’re proud to have supported his growth and even prouder to see him thriving in the industry, continuing to build on both his professional experience and hands-on expertise.

In his free time, Brady enjoys time on the water, skiing, golfing, and fishing, as well as spending time with his fiancée and hanging out with their dog, Bernie.

Riley is the organizational glue that keeps our fast-paced projects running smoothly at Total Restoration Solutions, coordinating teams and helping ensure everything stays on track from start to finish. She brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to her work, helping streamline logistics and support clear communication across projects so the team can stay focused and efficient. Riley is also a recipient of both the “Whatever It Takes” Award and the “Happy” Award, recognizing her positive attitude, dependability, and commitment to going above and beyond for the team.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys getting lost in a good mystery novel, kayaking on peaceful waters, and unwinding at home with her cat, Prince. She brings the same calm, thoughtful energy to her personal life that she does to keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Kim keeps our finances running smoothly as an Accounting Clerk at Total Restoration Solutions, handling everything from invoicing to job cost tracking with precision and care. She plays an important role in supporting accurate financial reporting and helping ensure day-to-day accounting operations stay organized and efficient. Her attention to detail, consistency, and dependable approach make her a valued part of the TRS team.

Away from the office, Kim is a proud grandma of six who loves cheering from the sidelines at their games or soaking up the sun by the pool. She brings the same warmth, positivity, and reliability to her personal life that she does to her work.

Corey is an Estimator at Total Restoration Solutions with extensive hands-on experience in the restoration and construction industry. He plays a critical role in developing accurate scopes, ensuring clear and proactive communication, and providing trusted guidance through every phase of a project. Recognized for his practical expertise, steady leadership, and team-focused approach, Corey helps bring structure and confidence to each job from initial assessment through completion. His reliability and attention to detail make him a consistent go-to resource for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Corey is a devoted father and husband who values time with his family above all else. He enjoys being present for his kids’ activities, cheering them on from the sidelines, and making the most of family time around good food and meaningful moments together.

Originally from Seattle, Tyler brings fresh energy and a detailed eye to the Total Restoration Solutions estimating team. He is known for his enthusiasm, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail, helping ensure estimates are accurate and thoroughly developed. Tyler approaches his work with curiosity and consistency, always looking for ways to support the team and deliver quality results.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys attending concerts, following motorsports, and spending time with family. His upbeat personality and genuine excitement for what he does carry through in both his professional and personal life.

Elaine Tepe is an Estimator at Total Restoration Solutions with deep industry experience and a steady, thoughtful approach to every project she touches. She’s known for her ability to translate complex details into clear, simple communication, helping clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the estimating process. Elaine brings a grounded professionalism, strong technical knowledge, and a genuine care for people that make her a trusted part of both the TRS team and the clients she serves.

When she’s not working, Elaine’s favorite place to be is with her family. Life for her is centered around the people she loves most – whether she’s cheering on grandkids, spending time with her kids, or simply enjoying those everyday moments that matter most.

Matt keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes at Total Restoration Solutions with precision, organization, and a steady, dependable approach. He also supports accounts payable and plays an important role in helping ensure financial processes and project details stay accurate and on track. His work helps the team maintain consistency, clarity, and efficiency across day-to-day operations.

Off the clock, Matt is a fan of epic adventures – whether that’s battling through Elden Ring, binge-watching Game of Thrones, or hiking remote waterfalls like Havasu Falls. He brings that same appreciation for focus, strategy, and exploration into everything he does.

Justin brings leadership and focus to every project he manages at Total Restoration Solutions, ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish. He takes pride in keeping projects organized, communicating clearly, and supporting both clients and team members throughout the process. Outside of work, Ed is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He’s also a passionate sports fan and can often be found cheering on his favorite teams – the Bulldogs, Braves, and Buccaneers. Mary Gibson serves as a Project Superintendent with Total Restoration Solutions, where she helps coordinate schedules, support project teams, and keep projects moving forward efficiently. She enjoys working closely with both clients and colleagues, striving to create a positive experience through kindness, professionalism, and dependable service. Her collaborative approach and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of the TRS team.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and making memories with her Golden Retriever, Copper. She brings the same warmth, dedication, and positive attitude to her work that she does to the people and activities she enjoys most.

Brandon joins Total Restoration Solutions as a Project Manager, bringing more than two decades of hands-on masonry and restoration experience. His career began in 1999 and steadily advanced from laborer to superintendent, ultimately leading nationally recognized historic preservation projects, including work at West Point Military Academy, Mammoth Cave, the Poff Federal Building, and multiple national monuments. After founding and operating his own restoration company specializing in brick, block, stone, and concrete, Brandon built a reputation for precision craftsmanship, technical depth, and steady, experienced project leadership. He now brings that same level of expertise and commitment to excellence to every project he manages at TRS.

Off the clock, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and rappelling with his two daughters, valuing the same focus, discipline, and appreciation for structure that have shaped both his career and personal life.

Jeremy brings over eight years of experience in the Columbus multifamily market, working alongside property management companies to support and improve their communities. He has extensive experience managing capital improvement projects, including painting, siding, roofing, fencing, concrete, and masonry. His practical field knowledge and collaborative approach help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with long-term value in mind. Jeremy is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering solutions that support property performance and resident satisfaction.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children, Hunter and Stella. As a family, they love hiking with their dogs, attending Reds games, and riding The Beast at Kings Island whenever the weather cooperates.

Rick brings decades of construction and project management experience to Total Restoration Solutions, where his steady leadership and deep industry knowledge help keep projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. He is known for his practical problem-solving approach, focus on continuous improvement, and commitment to supporting both his team and project outcomes. Rick consistently looks for ways to strengthen processes and elevate performance, making him a trusted and valuable part of the organization.

Rodney began his career in the trades during high school and has since built extensive experience in roofing, remodeling, and residential rehabs. He went on to spend 17 years in apartment maintenance, where he supervised teams, managed daily operations, and oversaw a wide range of multifamily property needs. His deep field knowledge and leadership experience allow him to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and clear communication for clients.

Outside of work, Rodney is a devoted father to two teenagers and values any time spent with family. He enjoys riding his Harley, driving race cars, vacationing in the mountains, and camping whenever he gets the chance.

With over six years at Total Restoration Solutions, John is a skilled craftsman who leads the charge on complex carpentry tasks, from framing to fine finish work. Known for his consistency, attention to detail, and strong field expertise, he plays a key role in delivering quality workmanship across a wide range of projects. David is a Water Technician at Total Restoration Solutions, where he brings a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping families recover and rebuild after water damage. He takes pride in doing the job right and making sure customers feel supported, informed, and taken care of throughout the entire process. His combination of hands-on skill, focus, and steady energy makes him a dependable part of the TRS team.

Away from work, David is a proud husband and dad who enjoys time with his family. He’s a passionate baseball fan, plays guitar, and enjoys flying drones whenever he gets the chance—bringing creativity and curiosity into everything he does.

Shane Gibson brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the Total Restoration Solutions team, with extensive expertise in roofing, carpentry, and building diagnostics. Often serving as a lead Investigator, Shane specializes in water intrusion diagnostics, helping identify the root cause of complex building issues and develop practical, long-lasting solutions. His attention to detail, commitment to quality craftsmanship, and hands-on approach have earned him a reputation for reliability and results.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with family and embracing the outdoors whenever he can. He takes pride in solving problems, sharing his knowledge, and helping clients protect and preserve their properties. His experience, straightforward approach, and dedication to doing the job right make him a trusted resource for both clients and teammates alike.

Kylie is a Restoration Technician at Total Restoration Solutions who brings a fresh perspective and strong work ethic to the team, having made her way to TRS all the way from California. She approaches every job with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. Her positive attitude and eagerness to learn make her a dependable support on the field and a valued part of the restoration team.

Joe Bechtol brings a wealth of experience in construction, property management, and facility operations to the Total Restoration Solutions team. Throughout his career, he has worked in commercial glazing for storefronts and multi-story buildings, residential remodeling and home renovations, multifamily property management, and commercial and industrial facility management. His hands-on experience as a business owner specializing in single-family home remodeling and property preservation has given him a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time at his property in the country, riding side-by-sides, casting a line in the water, and working on or admiring classic cars. He values hard work, building lasting relationships, and finding practical solutions to complex challenges – qualities that make him a trusted partner for clients and teammates alike.

Belle wears many hats at Total Restoration Solutions, with recruiting as her primary focus – supporting hiring efforts for employees, interns through the University of Cincinnati, and contracting partners. She also oversees HR operations for the TRS office, manages marketing initiatives, and supports the company’s partnership with UC. She plays a key role in building strong teams, supporting talent development, and shaping TRS’s brand through thoughtful marketing and consistent communication. Her ability to balance multiple priorities, connect people, and bring ideas to life makes her a driving force behind both culture and growth at TRS.

Outside of work, Belle is an outdoor enthusiast and national park road-trip regular who enjoys exploring whenever she can. She also teaches Zumba and brings the same energy into her classes that she does into her work. She’s a proud mom to a national FlowRider competitor and shares her life with her loyal German Shepherd, Cleo.
