As the CEO & President of Total Restoration Solutions, Mike provides visionary leadership that drives the company’s strategic growth, culture, and industry impact. With a professional background in law and a competitive spirit from his days as a college hockey player, Mike blends analytical thinking with team-driven execution. He oversees all facets of the business – from financial performance to client relationships – while fostering a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and service. Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man, boating enthusiast, and fan of Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Radio, making the most of every adventure with his wife and two sons.

Katrina brings decades of accounting experience and CPA credentials to the team. With a background in multiple industries and a passion for Excel, she ensures our financial operations stay sharp and strategic. Originally from New York, Katrina now resides in Minnesota, but her heart belongs at her family’s lake house in Virginia.

Scott leads the charge on project execution at Total Restoration Solutions, managing crews, logistics, and on-site operations with expert precision. Born on a military base and raised around the globe, Scott brings a worldly perspective and strong leadership to every project. Whether he’s resolving field challenges or optimizing workflow, Scott ensures each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Off the clock, he’s a Tom Clancy fan, a devoted football enthusiast, and enjoys the company of his “saber-toothed Chihuahua” Sam. With a passion for team success and a newly discovered love for golf, Scott keeps our production running strong.

Brady’s journey with Total Restoration Solutions began through the Construction Management Co-Op Program with the University of Cincinnati – and he’s a true success story of what that program can produce. After excelling as a driven, hands-on intern across our Restoration and Diagnostic Divisions, he stepped into a full-time leadership role and now serves as our Director of Estimating / Large Project Estimator. With experience running his own deck-building business and currently renovating a home with his fiancée, Brady brings real-world construction knowledge and strong leadership to every project. We’re proud to have supported his growth and even prouder to see him thriving in the industry.

Riley is the organizational glue that holds our fast-paced projects together, coordinating teams and keeping everything on track with ease. When she’s not streamlining logistics, she’s enjoying a good mystery novel, kayaking in peaceful waters, or relaxing with her cat, Prince.

Kim keeps our finances running smoothly as our Accounting Clerk, handling everything from invoicing to job cost tracking with precision and care. Outside of work, she’s a proud grandma of six who loves cheering from the sidelines at their games or soaking up the sun by the pool. With her sharp skills and sunny personality, Kim is an invaluable part of the TRS team!

Corey is a devoted father and husband who brings the same commitment and reliability to his role as an Estimator at Total Restoration Solutions as he does to his family. With years of hands-on industry experience, Corey plays a key part in delivering accurate scopes, clear communication, and trusted guidance for every project. His knowledge, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset make him an invaluable asset to our organization and a reassuring resource for our clients.

Originally from Seattle, Tyler brings fresh energy and a detailed eye to the TRS estimating team. Whether he’s attending concerts, following motorsports, or spending time with family, his enthusiasm and positive spirit carry through in everything he does.

Elaine Tepe is a proud mom, grandmother, and wife who brings warmth, dedication, and professionalism to her role as an Estimator at Total Restoration Solutions. Backed by years of industry experience, Elaine is known for her strong focus on communication and exceptional client service, ensuring every customer feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Her attention to detail, compassionate approach, and deep knowledge make her a trusted partner to both our clients and our team.

Matt keeps our projects running smoothly behind the scenes with precision and organization. Off the clock, he’s a fan of epic adventures—whether that’s battling through Elden Ring, binge-watching Game of Thrones, or hiking remote waterfalls like Havasu Falls.

Nick brings more than 25 years of construction and restoration experience to Total Restoration Solutions. He began his career in commercial drywall, spending 15 years specializing in metal stud framing, drywall hanging, finishing, and acoustic ceilings. He later became a Water Technician, working his way up over a decade into leadership roles before becoming a full-time Estimator and Project Manager. His strong field background combined with project management expertise allows him to deliver efficient, high-quality results for every project. Outside of work, Nick enjoys riding motorcycles, hunting, staying active, and being a devoted dad coaching his kids’ sports — especially baseball.

Justin brings leadership and focus to every project he manages, ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish. A devoted dad and outdoor enthusiast, he spends his free time boating, fishing, and making memories with his daughter, who’s truly the center of his world.

Ed is a proven leader at TRS, known for his “Whatever it Takes” attitude and commitment to excellence on every project. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on his favorite teams—the Bulldogs, Braves, and Buccaneers—with family and friends by his side.

Brandon joins our team as a Project Manager, bringing more than two decades of hands-on masonry and restoration experience. His career began in 1999 and progressed from laborer to superintendent, leading nationally recognized historic preservation projects including work at West Point Military Academy, Mammoth Cave, the Poff Federal Building, and multiple national monuments. After founding and operating his own restoration company specializing in brick, block, stone, and concrete, Brandon developed a reputation for quality craftsmanship, technical expertise, and strong project leadership. Today, he applies that same depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence to every project he manages. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and rappelling with his two daughters, embracing the same focus, discipline, and appreciation for structure that define his professional career.

Jeremy brings over eight years of experience in the Columbus multifamily market, working alongside property management companies to support and improve their communities. He has extensive experience managing capital improvement projects, including painting, siding, roofing, fencing, concrete, and masonry. His practical field knowledge and collaborative approach help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with long-term value in mind. Jeremy is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering solutions that support property performance and resident satisfaction.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children, Hunter and Stella. As a family, they love hiking with their dogs, attending Reds games, and riding The Beast at Kings Island whenever the weather cooperates.

Rick Reardon is a devoted father, husband, and grandfather who brings decades of experience in construction and project management to Total Restoration Solutions. His steady leadership and depth of knowledge help keep our projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. Rick is always looking for ways to improve processes, support the team, and continue growing both personally and professionally, making him a trusted and invaluable part of our organization.

Rodney began his career in the trades during high school and went on to build extensive experience in roofing, remodeling, and residential rehabs. He later spent 17 years in apartment maintenance, where he supervised teams, managed daily operations, and oversaw multifamily property needs. His strong field background and leadership experience allow him to effectively manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and clear communication for our clients. Outside of work, Rodney is a devoted father to two teenagers and values time spent with family. He enjoys riding his Harley, driving race cars, vacationing in the mountains, and camping whenever he gets the chance.

With over six years at TRS, John is a skilled craftsman who leads the charge on complex carpentry tasks, from framing to fine finish work. Outside the job site, he enjoys quality time with family and takes pride in building both homes and lasting connections.

David brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to helping families recover from water damage. A proud husband and dad, he’s also a passionate baseball fan, guitar player, and drone enthusiast who brings creativity and energy to every job.

Kylie is a Restoration Technician who made her way to TRS all the way from California, bringing with her a fresh perspective and an incredible attitude. Her endless positivity is a true uplift to our organization – Kylie is always smiling, ready to jump in with both feet, and eager to support her team wherever she’s needed. Her strong work ethic, adaptability, and can-do spirit make her a valued member of the TRS team and a joy to work alongside.

Peter Aguilera is a dedicated Restoration Technician at TRS whose return to the team says it all-he simply couldn’t stay away from the people and culture that make TRS special. Peter brings incredible drive, devotion, and a constant desire to improve the way we work. His hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to bettering our processes make him a valuable part of our team and a great example of what it means to take pride in what you do.

Belle wears many hats at TRS—managing HR, coordinating production, and leading all things marketing with creativity and strategy. Outside of work, she’s an outdoor enthusiast, national park road-tripper, Zumba instructor, and proud mom to a national Flowrider competitor and a loyal German Shepherd named Cleo.
