Leading this effort is Jeremy Bailey, a well-known and respected leader in the Columbus multi-family housing industry.
Bailey brings extensive experience to TRS having previously worked in the multi-family industry. Over the years, he has built strong relationships throughout the multi-family property management industry and is widely recognized for his expertise, leadership, and commitment to delivering high-quality results for property owners and managers.
The new Columbus office will provide a full suite of TRS services, including emergency restoration, roofing solutions, exterior and interior renovations, and ongoing repair and maintenance projects. TRS specializes in serving homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations (COAs), and multi-family communities, offering a comprehensive, “one-source” approach that manages projects from initial response through final completion. The Columbus expansion strengthens the company’s ability to serve partners across Ohio with the same high standards and hands-on approach that have fueled its growth.
