Mike is actively involved in overseeing all aspects of the business, from financial performance to client relationships, while helping foster a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and service.
Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man and boating enthusiast who enjoys making the most of every opportunity on the water with his wife and two sons. He’s also a fan of Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Radio, often bringing that same appreciation for energy, adventure, and balance into his everyday life.
