He has extensive experience managing capital improvement projects, including painting, siding, roofing, fencing, concrete, and masonry. His practical field knowledge and collaborative approach help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with long-term value in mind. Jeremy is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering solutions that support property performance and resident satisfaction.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children, Hunter and Stella. As a family, they love hiking with their dogs, attending Reds games, and riding The Beast at Kings Island whenever the weather cooperates.
